Well, we hope it is the word of EVERY day.

With Valentine's Day at hand, people are scramming around looking for ways to tell their sweetheart just how much they love them and how grateful they are for their existence.

Truth be told LOVE is what Peas in the Pod is all about.

LOVE for food, 

LOVE for the environment,

LOVE for our bodies,

LOVE for animals, 

LOVE for the mother Earth,

LOVE for other human beings,

LOVE and Compassion for the innocent,

LOVE for all Life!!!

So take today as a starting point to show gratitude for all that you LOVE and make sure that 

Self-Love is at the top of the list.  Without Self-Love, you have nothing to give.
